  • Manage the site performance management process (PDR’s)
  • Assist managers with managing absenteeism
  • Ensure HRMIS data is accurate
  • Implement the Corporate Recruitment policy & procedure
  • Manage site non-staff recruitment
  • Support all department/ user in process of transfer employee
  • Responsible for the psychological assessments, including the administration psychological testing, scoring, and the reports.
