- Human Resources Implementation
- Implement Corporate HR Policy & Procedure accurately and ensure all users comply.
- Actively participate in human resources management benchmarking activities as required.
- Manage the site performance management process (PDR’s)
- Assist managers with managing absenteeism
- Ensure HRMIS data is accurate
- Implement the Corporate Recruitment policy & procedure
- Manage site non-staff recruitment
- Support all department/ user in process of transfer employee
- Responsible for the psychological assessments, including the administration psychological testing, scoring, and the reports.
- Industrial Relation Implementation
- Community Development
- Assist implementation of site and Company Community Development Programs
