Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company, seeking a suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :
1. PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
• Managing and coordinating of the project activities,
• Managing the production target, safety and environmental,
• Develop budget forecasting and develop strategies to reduce cost,
• Compile and control the project budget,
• Develop the project report,
• Control the daily expenditure and cost of the project against budget,
• Prepare monthly review and present to the client.
Requirements
• Site based position,
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years experience in Coal Mining Operation or 3 years experience in operation mining project at superintendent level,
• Hold the POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) license,
• Energetic, honest, and has integrity,
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills,
• Fluently in English and have a good communication in English.
2. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT (ES)
• Coordinate all activities for the Engineering department ensuring successful and good mining practice implementation of plan,
• Ensure the mine design is applicable and easy to implement in the field,
• Develop mine plan design to maintain & enhance productivity and safety,
• Control and evaluate the daily mining performance (productivity and fuel ratio) of Project Manager between actual vs budget,
• Guide the operation for excavating activity to get the target without overcut,
• Prepare monthly mining plan,
• Familiar with Geotech.
Requirements
• Site based position,
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mine Engineering or Geological Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role,
• Mining software skills,
• Having POP License,
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Passive in English.
3. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MP)
• Responsible for the provision of mine planning and engineering, ensuring the quality control administration on mining operational and give support towards production continuity and efficiency,
• Ensuring and identified planning elements, having a frame work time operation, and aligning target for production and ensuring guidance toward subordinate,
• Ensuring improvement of production field, and implementing troubleshooting for all problems found in the field,
• Ensuring safety, health and environment that are implemented during the engineering operational,
• Prepare monthly and weekly mining plan.
Requirement
• Site based position,
• S1 Degree Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role,
• Mining software skills (mines cape, etc.),
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations,
• Having POP license,
• Passive in English.
4. PLANT SUPERVISOR (PLANT - S)
• Supervise and control the activities of mining equipment maintenance and repair by overseeing the allocation of work groups or craftsmen, prioritizing equipment maintenance and repairs for ensuring that all work performed is conducted in correct procedures, a cost effective, safe and timely manner,
• Ensure the availability of materials, spare parts, consumables, tools & equipment required for maintenance and repair work execution as well as workshop and laydown environment management to comply with SHE policies, rules and regulations,
• Conduct analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required and Liaise with related party to resolve, identity, implement and improve service, product support and equipment problems,
• Ensure all maintenance reports and documents to be completed accurately and on time,
• Conduct P5M, safety talk, weekly housekeeping and monthly equipment inspection, implementing safety health and loss control elements to minimize accidents and, or incidents at work place and make sure all SHE and regulations conducted.
Requirements
• Site based position,
• SMK Teknik Mesin or D III graduate,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Plant supervisor or 5 years experience in mining project at supervisor level,
• Hold the POP license,
• People handling diagnostic skill in all aspect of Mechanical repairs,
• Have a good leadership and communication,
• Have a good communication in English.
5. SENIOR PLANNER
• Provide analytical and statistic reports of maintenance work order performance, material requisition, service compliance and efficiency, backlog compliance, oil life accuracy, cost report, component life report, tire report, physical availability, MTTR, MTBF, etc. within on time (weekly and monthly) and accurate,
• Develop equipment maintenance policy, standard PM tasks, Application Part List,
• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for formulating and applying maintenance planning and scheduling,
• Develop, prepare APL and MPL, plan and schedule mining mobile equipment major work, such as midlife, overhaul, PCR, and GOH,
• Able to create and analysis life cycle cost of hauling mobile equipment.
• Develop, monitor and control maintenance budget and spare part forecast,
• Assist in the preparation and invoice of project logistics and method statements including inventory stock spare parts.
Requirements
• Site based Position,
• D III graduate or S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektronik,
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in mining project as planner at senior level,
• Have a good analysis and reporting skills,
• Excellent computer literacy especially M.S. Office,
• Familiar with CMMS,
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills,
• Understand and familiar with CTS and P2U, oil analysis and PAP, and other condition monitoring program,
• Understand and familiar in life cycle cost and budgeting process.
• Passive in English.
6. MECHANIC TRAINER
• To create efficient and accurate technical training and assessment material in line with business requirements,
• Develop classroom training and assessment materials in conjunction with maintenance training specialists,
• Develop and monitor mechanic competency development program,
• Provide advice on instructional learning and curriculum improvement,
• Review training and assessment materials and make recommendations for improvements,
• Develop new ideas to support the efficiency use of training and assessment process and content.
Requirements
• Site based position,
• SMK Teknik Mesin or D III graduate,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining project as technical or trainer background in Mining, Plant, Safety or other technical skills,
• Experience in training delivery and assessment processes; experience in designing, reviewing and development of training and assessment resources; ability to research internal and external safety and training information,
• Presentation skills, have self-confident, able to work under pressure.
• Have a good communication skill in English.
7. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
• Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment),
• Monitor and control mining production on every hour basis including loading and unloading point to ensure smooth target achievement (both productivity and utilize units),
• Identify the development and training needs of the mining foreman, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations,
• Coordinate and supervise mining production and other mining team meetings,
• Provide shift report and conduct effective hand over meeting to ensure continuation of operational target achievement.
Requirements
• Site based position,
• DIII Degree or S1 Degree in Mining Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years experience in mining operation,
• Demonstrates good knowledge of mining equipment capabilities and applications,
• Having POP License or POU preferred.
• Passive in English
8. PRODUCTION FOREMAN
• Studies production schedules and estimates staffing, duty assignments and inventory requirement,
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of the products,
• Coordinates manpower requirement by increasing or decreasing personnel and overtime to meet changing conditions,
• Maintain time and production records.
Requirements
• Site based position,
• DIII Degree in Mining Engineering or related,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining operations,
• Demonstrates good knowledge of mining equipment capabilities and applications,
• Preferable having POP License.
9. LOGISTICS HEAD
• Planning and managing logistic, warehouse, transportation and customer services,
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle,
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers,
• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvement.
Requirements
• Site based position,
• D3 Degree in Accounting, Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in mining operations,
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
10. PURCHASING OFFICER
• Researching potential vendors,
• Comparing and evaluating offers from supplier,
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing,
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery,
• Review quality of purchased products.
Requirements
• Site based HO position,
• D III Degree or S1 Degree Management,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as officer,
• Preferably experience with ISO 9001,
• Having knowledge of welding procedure,
• Have a good analysis and reporting skills.
